Educational requirement: Minimum Vocational Certificate Desired qualifications: * Male/Female * Thai Nationality * Age 30 years up * Minimum 3-5 years experience as Executive Chef in resorts or hotels * Good command of English * Leadership -and training skills, good team work * The passionate candidate must be highly creative and has the ability to inject motivation and innovation in the team * Proactive with good attitude and self disciplined * Be able to work under pressure * Must be hands-on involved in all operational activities * Work with the higher management in developing promotions * Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene by implementing international standards The candidate will supervise preparation of all food product, ensures superior quality meals are produced accordance with forecasted cost and review food purchases, develop and standardize recipes, maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen, maintain equipment, design food presentation aesthetics, plan and prepare special menu items, choose menu designs and determine menu prices. The candidate will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and its team members, ensuring the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets and will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers.
