We are City Relay, a fast-growing Short-Let property management company based in London.

Our aim is to take all the hassle out from the homeowners when they short-let their properties.
How we do this? We offer a full management service providing from advertising through multiple OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, intelligent pricing, cleaning maintenance, 24/7 guest relations support to reception spaces across London.

Our B2B services provide operational support to other industry leaders in London putting City Relay on the front of the industry as a unique service provider.

We have scaled up significantly in the last 2 years and we aim to be industry leaders in London by the end of 2019!

We are opening our new reception spaces in London, next to come is Shepherds Bush in May 2019 and Victoria in July 2019.

Your primary role is to oversee and manage the housekeeping and operations staff and work alongside your team to ensure all the apartments and flats are in tip-top condition.

As an Executive Housekeeper, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations, make sure there is a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of the properties we manage and of our B2B clients
- Ensure properties are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
- Oversee the daily operations at the properties - ensuring housekeeping office team, driver, housekeeping supervisors and housekeepers perform
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Provide input on our operational procedures and finding the best and most cost-effective solutions to complex problems
- Liaise with other teams to ensure the best service is provided to our clients

Profil recherché

6+ years experience in a busy housekeeping department as Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
You've got to be self-motivated, adaptable, an excellent team motivator and team builder
Be responsible and have the ability to solve problems and think on your feet
Stunning time management skills so you can juggle your many duties
Attention to detail to ensure apartments and flats are spic and span and well serviced and that equipment is stored safely
Good Microsoft Excel knowledge

As a market leader in operational efficiency, we offer a number of other hospitality clients and short-term rental companies a tailored B2B service that includes housekeeping, freshly pressed linen, the provision of luxury amenities, property maintenance and check-ins - a reliable and convenient way to ensure every guest has a hotel-like experience.

Short-term rental companies across London no longer have to rely on different contractors to deliver operational support, we provide a one-stop shop that fully integrates with our clients’ brands and business objectives.
