Description du poste

As Front Desk Agent, you will ensure a smooth and efficient running of the shift adhering to the City Relay Standards and Procedures and exceeding guests’ expectations.

You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and has a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to coordinate effectively with other departments and bring good administration and organisational skills.

Main responsibilities:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, greet them at the reception desk upon their arrival in a professional and friendly manner ensuring high standards of customer service.
Perform check-ins and check-outs and ensure every guest is provided with a display and is familiarised with the facilities of the property.
Liaise and collaborate with other departments such as operations and housekeeping team members to ensure the resolution of issues and coordinating the pre and post-booking procedure.
Deal with emerging issues and complaints of guests in an efficient and polite manner ensuring resolution and positive closure as possible.
Arrange requirements as per the guest requests and provide them with essential information.
Liaise with guests before arrival ensuring everything is prepared.
Ensure all areas of the reception desk are tidy and presentable at all times and ensuring key from the flat are in the right place.
Mention and upsell extra services to the guest over the phone or face to face and aim for sale.
Answer the telephone and reply to email enquiries.

Profil recherché

Person specifications:
1 year experience in a similar role in a 5* environment
University BA/BSc degree or equivalent desirable.
Passionate about Hospitality and Guest experience
Native or Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive personality
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Upselling experience (desirable)​
