City Relay Solutions is an outsourced operations partner for recognised brands in the short term rental and serviced accommodation sector. We provide all the end-to-end logistical services in the field including:

✓ Professional five star housekeeping
✓ Hotel quality linens & amenities
✓ Property maintenance & compliance
✓ Tech enabled operations platform, DRIVE

- Ensure all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreed on standards
- Clean apartments according to the procedures and policies set by CR
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Report any loss/damage to linen, furniture, fixtures or equipment missing
- Report any engineering/maintenance defects to Housekeeping.
- Fill up the report with user-friendly software accordingly to the checklist
- Liaise with management on any current issues

Profil recherché


- Communicative English level, both verbal and written (essential)
- Previous experience in Hospitality
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Set up as self-employed
- Phone with the internet

Our new Shepherd’s Bush Reception Space will open its doors in May followed by a third Reception Space opening in the heart of Victoria within the next quarter. These unique spaces enhance our ability to provide London’s homeowners with a local, personal and fully-managed service when short-letting their property – designed to give more people the confidence to short-let their home.

We’re no one trick pony however! As a market leader in operational efficiency, we offer a number of other hospitality clients and short-term rental companies a tailored B2B service that includes housekeeping, freshly pressed linen, the provision of luxury amenities, property maintenance and check-ins - a reliable and convenient way to ensure every guest has a hotel-like experience.

Short-term rental companies across London no longer have to rely on different contractors to deliver operational support, we provide a one-stop shop that fully integrates with our clients’ brands and business objectives.
