Role purpose

The Business Development Lead role is pivotal to the success of the group through the development of relationships which will drive the business. We’re looking for a talented, ambitious and charismatic Commercial Lead to be part of the team to and support the growth of the portfolio. You will :

Be responsible for hitting demanding acquisition targets by both generating interest with potential partners in becoming part of the portfolio and converting organic leads.
Market to potential clients, close deals and build rapport with each partners
Ensure the standards of the partners brought onto the portfolio are consistently high.
Have an in-depth understanding of account management

Skills & experience

Sales Experience - meeting challenging sales targets as well and an ability to forge personal and business relationships with a diverse and sophisticated community.
Creative thinking - As part of a growing organisation, you will be expected to devise new ideas to develop new avenues of supply
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills - An analytical approach to portfolio management and growing profitable supply.
Goal-oriented - You take job satisfaction from hitting ambitious growth targets.
Sound judgement, even under pressure.
Great communication skills - ability to work cross-functionally
Flexibility - This role is fast-paced and goals and targets can change. You are adaptable and amenable to change.
Languages : French and English fluency.
