Our client is a growing brand within the restaurant industry with already 12 sites in Africa and the ambition to continue growing across the continent.
They have brought in a fantastic new Group Training Manager who is looking to build a strong team of trainers for the Front of House (service standards, customer management, up-sellings, etc) and Back of House (cuisine, techniques and products, etc).
- Salary: $1500 – 2000 per month tax free basic
- Expat benefits include accommodation, transport to and from work, meals, flights, visa and 21 days paid annual leave.

À propos de vous
- Degree in Hospitality or Hospitality Certification from reputable institution.
- Track record of high performance in your current position as a manager
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for FOH Service.
- Must have worked in All FOH areas and have sound knowledge and practical capabilities.
- Broad knowledge of POS Systems for restaurants
- Minimum 3 years experience training others
- Train the Trainer Certification would be great.
- Assessor, Moderator Certifications advantages.
