The trainee will support the department in the following tasks:
- Greet and welcome all guests and attend their demands in a prompt and professional manner.
- Be attentive to guest’s needs.
- Provide an exceptional guest service experience dealing with requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Take action to solve guest problems/complaints and use established guidelines for any service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work as team and communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.

350€ net/month - fulltime
Not included.
Meals during shift and uniform cleaning.

Requirements:
- Internship agreement with University/School.
- High level of English / Medium Spanish.
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, predisposition to learn.

Langue requise: Anglais. Espagnol est un plus
