To help the management of the employees’ and to assist in the administrative activities and practical organisations of the Hr department.
Key responsibilities:
- To be the contact person for the staff
- In charge of the trainees’ recruitment
- To welcome the new employees
- To be the contact personal for the future trainees
- To contact hospitality schools to recruit new trainees
- To help in preparing the monthly salaries of the employees
- To organise events like “St-Nicolas” & “Staff cocktail” (depending on the period)
