Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, an iconic resort located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is looking for Food & Beverage superstars who want to grow their leadership career and join our winning team. We have vacancies available for F&B Team Leaders and Supervisors in our Banquets department.
Your day to day
You''ll assist with food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver seamless events while ensuring compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements and focus on the effective supervision of staff.

We are looking for people who light up a room, who go the extra mile and who enjoy leading a high-performing team.You will have great attention to detail, manage your time effectively and be able to manage competing priorities while providing WOW moments for our guests every day. Client interaction will come naturally to you, and you will ensure that all of the client''s needs are attended to in an efficient manner.To be successful, you must have an RSA and the ability to work flexibly across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
