The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Operations Coordinator will partner with area leadership to complete administrative tasks relating to sales center operations and guest tour flow. They will work in tandem with and support the Operations Leadership team in leading the Cast and ensuring the efficiency of the daily operation. This is a part time role.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include; opening and closing MOD shifts at the Saratoga Springs DVC Preview Center as well as satellite offices located at Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Kidani, The Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Loge and Disney Springs.
- The Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily OPS sheet for payroll and attendance reconciliation, distribution and tracking of daily tour incentives while also working various areas within the Operation.
- Candidate should also have proven experience in making decisions as well as giving feedback for development and communication purposes.

- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated strong ability to manage conflict/resolution
- Demonstrated strong partnering skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated strong Guest Service Skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Proven familiarity with Disney Vacation Club product
- Ability to reduce relationship tension prior to sales process through being proficient at storytelling and high level of Cast to Guest engagement.
