The hotel Domaine la Pierre Blanche is looking for creative talent.
A luxury no-nonses boutique hotel in the heart of Provence, South France.

Join our young and creative international team. Starting from the 01st of APRIL till the 30th of SEPT. Dates are Flexible.
We are approaching hospitality in a different way and continuously look to reinvent ourselves.

The restaurant L’Opale has a French SEMI GASTRO proposal with international touches.
Creative, very local ingredients and honest. We are open minded and look for that teamplayer that will take initiative, dares to take a risks and share his/her ideas.

The internship offers an allround kitchen position.
You will be working close with the CORE team of 06 people, assisting with the Mis En Place, learning new techniques and the art of French Cooking.
Learning, ensuring the recipes and producing:
- Breakfast and lunch service
- Room Service and Snacking Menu
- Helping with the stewarding/plongue
- Ensure compliance with HACCP norms and the application of procedures.
- working as a COMMIS de CUISINE

During the low season a bigger focus on the stewarding (plonge), and the mis-en-place. Learning the fiche-techniques and process in place.

Starting from April 2021, we are expanding our team, with one open positions.

• paid internship ; 900 EUR/ month.

• Working in a 1* star equipped Michelin Kitchen
