Organization of commercial activities.
Participate in the supervision of the work and activities of the Sales department.
Assist the Director of Sales, take charge of the department in his absence
Achieve the quarterly sales objectives set by the Director of Sales
Responsible for Key-Accounts assigned by the Director of Sales and supervise the management of all accounts, and reporting by Sales Executives and Sales Managers
Know the structure of the hotel (types of rooms, restaurants, services, etc.) in order to be able to offer adapted or even personalized offers and to answer all types of questions from customers or contacts
Know perfectly all the services, hotels, products, loyalty programs, promotions, special operations offered by the Hilton Worldwide group
Respect the guidelines of the Hilton Worldwide group for the management and monitoring of Key Accounts
Ensure the update of the Customer database in Opera while respecting the specific standards and procedures of the Hilton Worldwide group
Supervise the follow-up of Activities and Accounts in Opera, and ensure the follow-up of Activities related to Key-Accounts
Respect the commercial action plan defined by the Director of Sales
Ensure the management and follow-up of files of assigned companies
Research and contact potential clients in the assigned market segment
Transmit all information on potential customers for other hotels in the group to the Hilton sales offices
Participate in trade fairs, forums, etc ... in Luxembourg and internationally, in order to promote Doubletree by Hilton Luxembourg, but also all the hotels and services of the Hilton Worldwide group
Travel to meet clients and participate in various commercial operations
Supervise the preparation and drafting of contracts
Make sure to maintain privileged contacts with the people in charge of reservations in the companies in the assigned market
Supervise the work of Sales Managers
Provide training for Sales Managers
Supervise the sending of mailings
Participate and supervise commercial operations, distribution of gifts to customers
Establish guidelines for telemarketing (prospecting and follow-up), supervise the realization, analyze the results
Organize and supervise commercial projects
Participate in the establishment of sales statistics and data related to the Business Development department, participate in reporting for the group
Participate in meetings of the Sales department
Participate in FAM trips
Apply the directives of the Director of Sales
Set up operations to achieve sales objectives according to the Marketing Plan and market segments; propose innovative ideas
Participate in the analysis of results, actions, perform strategic analyzes, participate in the development of objectives and action plans
Transmit the information to his superiors and to any person concerned
Participate in maintaining a healthy work environment and a team spirit
Maintain contact with all hotel services
Participate in specific projects
Take charge of the service in the absence of the Director of Sales
