Residential Services Coordinator

The position of the Residential Services Coordinator provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests. The attention to detail that is required from the RS’s, and their ability to anticipate guest’s needs means that they are the consummate hotel professional with impeccable standards. The RS must be able to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies


  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
