Revenue Assistant Manager - Four Seasons UK Collection:

This individual will be based at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane but representing the Four Seasons UK Collection. Thus, some travel will be required within the Four Seasons UK Collection hotels.

  • The Role:    The Revenue Assistant Manager produces Daily Revenue Strategy sheets for all three hotels and make recommendations based on price positioning and restrictions, implementing as required. Ensures constant availability across the UK Collection, in room types and rates on a daily basis, liaise with the three Front Office teams for on-the-day and short lead availability.

    Manages parity queries, liaising with WRO Distribution, Central Systems and any 3rd Party suppliers- Ensure all rates (corporate, packages, BAR rates) are loaded in a timely manner and distributed accordingly. Action any rate loading queries - Closely monitor all reservations made and in-house guest reservations to ensure that rate strategies are being adhered to
     

    Assists with producing reports and statistics as required, highlighting key information to enable strategic decision making- Assist with preparation of meetings for all three hotels, supporting the Director of Revenue Management and Senior Director of Marketing as required, with a view to being able to complete in the absence of the Director of Revenue Management - Assist with rate quoting for Groups, Social events etc.
     

  • Contract:             Permanent – full time

Basic Requirements:

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role or Reservations Management within a five star luxury environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English (additional languages would be beneficial)
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Opera Reservations System required
  • Role requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to juggle priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Experience of working within a cluster model would be beneficial
