First Commis Chef:
- The Role: As a First Commis Chef you will carry out the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie.
- Hours: Average of 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. No split shifts.
- Schedule: Rotating AM or PM shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Contract: Permanent – full time
- Career Path: The only way is up! Career progression to Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Executive Chef…here in London or across Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts around the world!
- Experience in Italian cuisine, Asian or Middle Eastern is an advantage.
- The ability to speak English fluently is required.
- Must have work authorization for the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
