The role of the Hotel Assistant Manager
Assist in managing all functions of the Front Desk. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all hotel policies. Ensure communications and follow-up with day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements. Monitor employees’ activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
Qualifications include:
- Solid communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of Opera preferred but not required

Miscellaneous
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
