Pastry Sous Chef Job Description
- Develop food preparation and collaborates with Executive Pastry Chef.
- Helps in the design of food menus.
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
- Leads kitchen team in Chef's absence.
- Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Problem-solving.
