The position of the Recruitment Manager is considered the management line of the Human Resources department. He / She will manage Human Resources programs such as recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation, employee relations, employee recognition programs and training for hotel employees. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matter.
Recruitment Manager plays an important role to assist HR Manager and Director of HR in the smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department. Likewise, he or she also maintains a suitable climate of associates relations to achieve operating goals as well as ensuring all local and government legislation and HR Policy and Procedure are strictly adhered to.
