We are currently looking for an experienced Spa Assistant Manager to join our Spa & Leisure team. We offer a highly competitive salary and excellent company benefits.
Overview:
Our award winning and recently refurbished Spa one of the most advanced in the country offering a sense of calm and well-being, designed to comfort, pamper and relax and set within stunning grounds of the resort in rural idyllic Perthshire has a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Manager, this is a key role within the structure.
Accountabilities:
You will work closely with the Spa Manager in the management of the day-day operations of the spa which includes the staff management and the quality assurance of this tranquil area of the resort. This exciting role involves working with a small yet loyal team, offering support and advice in evolving the customer experience and supporting the team with resolving issues. Working with the Therapists in delivering a level of service and courtesy to guests as determined by Spa protocols and ensuring all treatments are carried out in line with agreed operating standards. This is a hands role and requires a positive and professional image and an in-depth understanding of Spa management.
The perfect candidate:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a similar environment - preferably within a luxury 5* Hotel. An in-depth understanding of Spa Management together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required. Assertive, quick thinking and customer focussed.
