Imagine; Together with the general manager, the front office manager and the corporate owner you are at the helm of a cozy four star boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The revenue related financial side of the company is entirely under your responsibility. Obviously you get a lot of satisfaction from the upholstering of such a crucial function!

The years of knowledge and experience you have built up to this day, are now fully used by giving you the freedom to fully implement your vision in consultation with the general manager. Short lines and clear communication are key. You yourself are someone who is ready to take the next step in his / her career. In short: The stage is yours, it's time to shine!

The responsible and transparent management of all financial flows and actions within the organization is something that suits you. You also take full responsibility for the recording, registration, documentation and administration of all aspects that come with this. Your reports / analyzes are sharp and clear. You plan, organize and manage multiple financial objectives within the hotel. Challenges serve as motivation. All in all, you are a true '' Rate Tiger ''! You will optimize, expand and implement the extensive financial strategy that is currently being implemented.

What we ask for

• Relevant Higher Vocational Education in the financial or hospitality industry such as business administration, Accountancy or Higher Hotel School;
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience (within the hotel industry is an advantage);
• Demonstrable work experience within the revenue management, within the hotel industry;
• Work experience within the front office is an advantage;
• Manages the Dutch and English languages fluently;
• An extra foreign language (German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Russian) is an advantage;
• Hands-on mentality with great sense of responsibility;
• Socially and communicatively strong;
• Stress resistant and independent;
• Living in the area of Amsterdam.
  • Langues requises: Néerlandais et Anglais. Arabe, Allemand, Italien, Russe, Espagnol et Turc sont un plus
