Gain hands on work experience expanding your culinary cooking skills starting on a demi cook to chef de partie positon to develop your skills at this 4 diamond International Hotel near the beach with 12 dining options. Housing and transportation is provided! Train under a dedicated Executive Chef. This hotel takes great care of their J1 candidates as a long time partner of HRC International; you'll truly enjoy your development training onsite!
The program is designed to be flexible towards each individual trainee's skills and interests but will give the trainee an opportunity to experience and learn from each of the culinary areas in the hotel.
Benefits include uniforms, discounted room nights at most Marriott hotels, and discounts in all corporate Marriott gift shops and restaurants. After 6 hours of work the employee needs to take a 30 minute meal break (unpaid). If they want to purchase a meal from the employee cafeteria it will cost $3.50
Culinary degree plus current culinary experience
Must have prior 6 months experience or more (more the better)
