  • To assist the Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel.
  • Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
  • Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
  • 协助前厅部经理通过管理前厅部实现品牌承诺。

  • 礼貌、高效的处理员工的咨询,不能立即解决的投诉或问题应及时汇报并反馈跟进结果。

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.   

最好有旅游或酒店管理相关专业本科或专科学历。至少1年酒店工作经验。良好的对客服务意识及沟通和人际交往能力。
