*Responds to any changes as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Has a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s policy relating to grooming, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Participates in the Annual Departmental Operating Budget, determining projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements are in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
Monitors and is constantly aware of the local market trends and the competitor’s operations in order to continuously develop products and services to maintain and improve revenue streams and customer retention.
To perform any other duties as applicable as an Executive Committee Member of Hyatt International and the hotel.
Represents the Hotel at key events/ associations and chambers of commerce.
