If you are keen to develop your pastry skills and wanting to progress in your trade then we are looking for someone like you. You will assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation of all breads, desserts, sorbets and petit fours to a 5 Star standard for our main kitchen and for our Tassili 4 rosette Fine Dining restaurant.
