Experienced Staff Wellbeing Officer / Medical Officer position available for Large Private Estate in the Middle East.
Start: January - March 2021 - Dependent on Flight Restrictions due to COVID - 19
Location: Middle East

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Staff Wellbeing Officer is responsible for the overall wellbeing of the staff in both a work and personal capacity on Project Bianca. You maintain a positive overall impression, have great stamina, a positive attitude, and a dedication to excellence.
You are responsible for organising staff events and activities, ensuring that new staff members are aware of the cultural specifics of the region as they arrive and remain, keeping accurate records and administration and supporting staff with injury, uniforms, travel bookings and overall acting as a key contact point and heartbeat of the Estate. You are communicating frequently with staff and senior management, external partners, and Corporate Office in a professional and respectful manner and play an important role in addressing special requests or problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in administrative office work.
MS Office (including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel) proficiency
Photoshop or any other design software.
Previous experience in HR, L&D, or staff welfare/support positions preferred
Creating reports for all levels of management
HR, L&D, Hospitality Management qualifications preferred but not essential
Must have fluent English communication skills and have numerical literacy
Relevant certification or license may be required.
A flexible approach towards working hours is required.
Great organisation skills.
Very sociable yet professional
Ability to maintain a very positive and friendly attitude.
Very high attention to detail at all time
Ability to develop rapport within a short time frame
Neat personal presentation
Performing all duties with the sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discrete and courteous manner whilst respecting timing standards
Ability to work unsupervised, in a large team and take direction
Absolute honesty, integrity, and reliability
Non smoker and no visible tattoos
