We are looking for a Meetings & Events trainee who can support with all the aspects and tasks related to our Department, such as:

• Assist the Meetings & Events Team with the daily tasks
• Taking care of group requests (from call/email to contracting phase)
• Negotiation with clients
• Creation of the function sheet to communicate to operational departments all the details about groups from arrival to invoicing
• Entering rooming list and event details in the system
• Follow-up with Operational departments
• Activities and follow ups with clients
• Daily tasks and reporting
• In charge of internal meetings
• Internal & Hilton communication procedures
• Assisting in site inspections
• Handling Mystery Enquiries

À propos de vous

• Driven by Hospitality and Guest satisfaction
• Ambassador of Hilton standards of Quality
• Previous experience in a Hotel of similar standards in either Operations or in Business Development (if possible)
• Fluent in French & English - Dutch is an extra
• Good communication skills (writing and oral)
• Team worker
• Rigorous and with good organization skills
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Paint, etc…)
• Creative & proactive
• Eager to learn and curious
  • Langues requises: Anglais et Français. Néerlandais est un plus
