• One year in a managerial position
• High level of IT understanding
• Ability to use Microsoft Office package efficiently
• Extensive knowledge of OPERA PMS
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Basic understanding of international and local labour law
• company program knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Second language preferred
