Job Summary

An Assistant Director of Sales with Hilton Westchester assists and acts in the absence of the Director of Sales/Marketing to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability. Manages and solicits a designated market. Organizes and supervises.

Set on 37 acres of woodland, this contemporary hotel is 4.6 miles to downtown White Plains and 6.5 miles from Westchester County Airport.
All rooms feature panoramic garden views and offer sophisticated decor and custom-designed beds, plus 42-inch flat-screen TVs and WiFi (fee). Suites add pull-out sofas.
Amenities include a relaxed on-site restaurant serving classic American dishes, a cocktail lounge, fitness center, tennis courts and both an indoor and outdoor pool. There are also 34 meeting rooms (including a ballroom) and a free airport and area shuttle service.


Seeking a strong booker who can assist in leading and mentoring a high energy, diverse team.  Will be responsible for Group business and overall support of the team at this newly refreshed Westchester Hotel.
