Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

What will I be doing?
 

  • Oversee daily F&B operations at The Rooftop, The Ray that encompases 22K sqft of flexible space that includes: bar, lounge area, cabanas, pool area and sundeck.  
  • Will oversee manage pool, restaurant and events
  • Activation of rooftop venues of bar, resturant and pool
  • Hire, develop and mentor team members
  • Proven success in delivering high level of guest satisfaction, increasing revenue and team member engagement

 

 

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a high volume, fast pace, high energy environment
  • 2+ years of forecasting and budgeting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lifestyle pool activation 
  • Experience managing rooftop bars and restaurants
