As the Talent Sourcing Lead for Greater China & Mongolia (GCM), you will collaborate with recruiting and business leadership to deliver bespoke sourcing strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR & Recruitment - APAC, you will devise and execute strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent by building proactive talent pipelines and communities to ensure successful delivery of Hilton’s strategic growth plans, best in class sourcing strategies, tools and channels across GCM including Taiwan and Hong Kong.
You will also be the key subject matter expert (SME) and guardian for recruitment systems (e.g. Phenom CRM and MoSeeker) in APAC, lead and participate in the inception/integration of similar projects. 

What will I be doing? 

As the Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing – GCM, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities to create interest and drive talent to the organization 
  • Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events etc. 
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies with a strong focus on diversity and ensure a high-touch candidate experience 
  • Provide hands-on sourcing related support and manage the search process for key positions and critical hires 
  • Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technology and sourcing tools, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons
  • Deliver custom market and business unit plans while building excellent relationships with internal recruiting teams 
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the local Sourcing team 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and perform as an expert in all areas of sourcing talent 
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations with a keen focus on performance and return on investment.


What are we looking for?

A Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing – GCM serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches and building a diverse workforce
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Sourcing across Greater China, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, driving hiring/sourcing initiatives
  • Experienced in people management responsibilities 
  • Strong management relationship skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in developing scalable solutions to deliver hiring needs to achieve business goals 
  • Strong attention to candidate care with the ability to balance fast-moving processes while providing a best in class candidate experience
  • Highly skilled in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Hiretual, Taleo, Phenom CRM etc.)
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
