Under the general guidance and supervision of the Lobby Host Manager as well as the Lobby Host Supervisors within the limits of established policies and procedures of the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport - SKOJ, guiding the customers during their check-in and check-out and make them feel very welcome.


TASK & SKILLS

We are looking for a Lobby Host trainee (M/F). As Lobby Host you are the first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for welcoming and assisting in setting the tone for a guest’s experience through the process of check in and out of hotel, recognizing them by their loyalty. You provide excellent Guest Services by treating guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations. Additionally you also perform administrative tasks, assisting and helping colleagues. You are guest friendly, stress-resistant and flexible.
Pro-activeness is a priority.

Profil recherché

• A Lobby Host with good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written). Dutch is a plus.
• A Lobby Host with working knowledge of Microsoft Office & ideally OPERA PMS.
