As A brand image Ambassador, this person will be responsible to create an international mix target and strategy including pricing, direct sales, market mix, Candidates must have a ownership to position , possessing excellent communication and decision making skills and an astute business acumen.

Description:

- Knowledge of luxury independent resort market.
- Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a demanding luxury market.
- Develops sales goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy.
- Maximize revenue and exposure via existing premium Consortia.
- Agree on and issue performance objectives for all members of the Business Development Team.
- To ensure ADR and revenue targets are in line with Brand strategy and the team delivers on it.
- Plan and execute sales trips to major market areas.
- Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy.
- Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts.
- Conduct sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.
- Develops strong community and public relations by maintaining property participation in regional and international tradeshows and client events.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand.

Profil recherché

- Experience in DOS or ADOS.
- Extensive experience working in high end Luxury small resort.
- Experience in independent hotel.
- Experience in Virtuoso, Fine Hotel Resort.
- Able to work and report to owner.
- Wide international network of contacts.
- Solid established contacts with international high end luxury tour operators.
- Ability to translate the unique programming of the resort, design and experiences into desirable content for positioning purposes.
- Ability to travel extensively to attend international worldwide trade shows, consortia road shows and Sales trip.
- Able to find and develop new potential business sources within High end markets.
- Result oriented and ability to solicit business to capitalize sales/revenue opportunities.
- Strong leadership and a team player at the same time.
- Strong presence, Brand ambassador image.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English both oral and written.
