Internship Overview

Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Moreover, the student has the responsibility to collect payments and also assist the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. According to performance and availability, the intern will be offered the possibility of taking on supervising duties.

Requirements: minimum of 3 months, fluent in English, able to obtain an internship agreement.

To get a clear overview what positions are offered as a trainee, we have created a list of the departments within the Food & Beverage Division. Please be reminded that this information serves as a guide. All trainees are assigned a division. However, the department will ONLY be clarified after an interview with the divisional leader, which will be on the 1st day at the Hotel.

CULINARY DIVISION - KITCHENS

AROLA KITHCEN:
An innovative restaurant offering a luxury tapas concept, created by Two Michelin star chef, Sergi Arola.

ENOTECA KITCHEN:
Award winning two Michelin Star restaurant where Chef Paco Pérez offers a superb menu of Mediterranean
specialties and wine cellar with over 500 references.

BITES KITCHEN:
Chic, restaurant for fast, informal food at any time of the day.

MARINA KITCHEN:
Seafood and light casual dining.
This department is only available during summer season.

LOKAL KITCHEN:
Buffet breakfast. An exquisite Brunch served on Sundays.

MAIN KITCHEN:
Different inspiring sections within the main kitchen of the hotel, where there is also the in room dining and banqueting team (for our in-site and off-site catering events).

PASTRY KITCHEN:
Sylvain Guyez, our French pastry chef, creates artistic and extraordinary deserts for the perfect final touch of a culinary experience.
