Missions: 
* Assurer l’accueil et le départ de notre clientèle
* Pratiquer l’upselling
* Gérer les appels téléphoniques, courriers et messages
* Assurer les encaissements
* Effectuer les réservations durant les heures de fermeture du département réservations
* Gérer les plaintes clients et s’assurer de la « satisfaction client » durant le séjour
* Promouvoir les services de l’hôtel et fidéliser la clientèle

Profil recherché

Profil:
* Formation reconnue en école hôtelière
* Expérience récente (minimum 1 an) en qualité de Réceptionniste d’hôtel (4 ou 5 étoiles)
* Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais – 3ème langue un atout
* Maîtrise du logiciel Opera
* Esprit d’équipe
* Flexible et disponible
* Sens de la communication et entregent
* Relationnel clientèle confirmé
* Excellente présentation
