Are you a Culinary enthusiast with a passion for fresh ingredients who would like to learn new and innovative techniques?
In the role of Culinary Intern, you will be part of our amazing kitchen team and the overall food & beverage team. The internship will give you an overview of our entire Kitchen Operations, meaning you will gain experience in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and even Events and Banquets! In this role, you will be responsible for learning our techniques and standards, becoming familiar with our menus and dishes and growing into an integral part of the team, providing excellent service to our hotel guests.

Your road to success
Our ideal candidate:
• Is currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts or similar program;
• Already has some basic cooking skills and knowledge, paired with a lot of passion for the profession;
• Is a team player who understands that interpersonal skills are very important for Operations to run smoothly;
• Knows that good customer service is key and understands that care must go into each and every dish;
• Is motivated, hands-on and has an enthusiastic personality that would fit both the position and Hyatt Regency''s organization culture perfectly;
• Is available for five months or longer;
• Has good communication skills in English.
• Is legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, being enrolled in a European School and holding an EU/EEA passport.
