Do you have experience in leading large and diverse teams across multiple outlets in a 24 hour/7 days week hospitality operation? A great opportunity has become available for a Chief Stewarding Operations Manager to support Australia’s largest premium hotel’s Kitchen and Food & Beverage operations. Our Food & Beverage operation has two commercial kitchens and multiple serveries servicing our venues and extensive events space.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will ensure the efficient and hygienic operation of the Stewarding department, including oversight of the outsourced staff, ability to forecast manning, control of labor, and inventory of all Food & Beverage equipment. You will be working in close coordination with the Director of Food and Beverage to streamline the daily operations.
Further to this, your ability to forecast manning, control labour, and facilitate procurement processes and stock inventory will be advantageous. At least two years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel is required. You must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands in this fast-paced environment and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
