Your day to day

The Marketing  Coordinator assists in creating and maintaining the organization''s favorable public image and protects its reputation through various marketing, public relations and social media efforts. Scope of responsibilities include liaising with the PR, Social Media and E-Commerce firms, monitoring media coverage, assembling media kits, assisting with the writing and design of monthly e-blasts, fundraising and other events as well as maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings, maintaining databases and preparing reports. Finally, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will maintain the online reputation of the property and a log of all property events and upcoming promotions.

What we need from you

 

Work/Educational Experience

  • College Degree in Public Relations or Marketing, or 2 years previous experience in marketing, public relations, communications or related field preferred
  • Must speak fluent English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients and outside vendors
  • Ability to work in a high-paced work environment, handling multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously
