At the moment we''re looking for a Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. This role manages all kitchen operations including Stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, colleagues training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer''s expectations. You''ll be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be a hands on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success.
