As when the hotel was first opened, the new vision will challenge tradition while remaining faithful to its heritage and architectural legacy. To work with the Director of Rooms in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and coordination of the various departments within Front Office, ensuring optimum profitability and guest satisfaction, and adhering to the standards of service required by the hotel in accordance with the company and hotel policies, procedures and objectives.

Profil recherché

Key Duties
• To ensure through effective supervision that all services offered in the Front
• Office are always available, and are carried out with the utmost efficiency
and courtesy as per the guidelines established and documented in the
• Rooms Operations Manual.
• To effectively handle and resolve any guest problems or complaints and
keep Senior Hotel Management informed
• To undertake Duty Management shifts as required, including night shifts if
required
• To ensure that on a daily basis that all standards and procedures are
adhered to regarding Arrival and departure of guests, accommodation of
• Special requests and handling of VIP arrivals.
• To meet and welcome regular and VIP guests in accordance with Jumeirah
and the hotel’s Guest Recognition Programmes
• To liaise closely with all Heads of Department with regard to servicing and
handling of incoming groups, VIP and regular guests
• To assist the Sales team in aspects of controlling peak periods, resolving
conflicts in bookings, changing dates and facilities for all group, convention
and corporate business.
