This December, The Carlton Tower, Jumeirah will reopen its doors after an extensive renovation of the iconic London hotel.

As when the hotel was first opened, the new vision will challenge tradition while remaining faithful to its heritage and architectural legacy. The re-launch will reveal signature interiors combined with exquisite facilities and service standards crafted to show the famed Jumeirah hospitality at its very best.

To support the Health Club by achieving budgeted sales and membership
targets through an innovative sales and marketing process. To improve
retention of existing members through the development of an internal
programme of member events and five-star service standards.

Profil recherché

Key Duties
• To provide leadership direction and support to the membership sales
team, overseeing high standards and motivation, ensuring the sales
team achieve targeted sales on a monthly basis.
• To develop activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking
the local area and maximising the opportunities for sales
• To plan and implement marketing plans in conjunction with the
• Director of Leisure.
• To drive corporate business with a clear and detailed plan, with
monthly reports and success monitored.
• To identify and target specific market segments for potential
corporate clientele and to sell memberships to them.
• To prepare weekly membership figures for analysis and a monthly
report on all accounts of membership status, renewals, attrition, new
and potential signings.
• To monitor on a regular basis, activities and developments in other
clubs in the local area
• To be responsible for the organisation and implementation of the
annual plan for the Membership Department.
• To be responsible for marketing, advertising and departmental costs
to ensure that these are kept within budget, and in line with agreed
brand strategy
• Produce reports and recommendations on sales strategies for senior
management.
