Four Seasons Hotel Denver is a 45-story landmark in the heart of downtown. The Hotel offers a chic streetside restaurant, EDGE, with a lively see-and-be-seen bar atmosphere. Location description:
Four Seasons Hotel Denver is centrally located in Denver, within a 5-minute walk of 16th Street Mall and Buell Theatre. This 5-star hotel is 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from Colorado Convention Center and 0.6 mi (1 km) from Union Station.
Position details:
•Train in all areas of Culinary, including, but not limited to, Banquets, Pastry and Outlet kitchens
•Learn to ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation as per Fairmont minimum standards
•Welcome guests and colleagues in a polite and friendly manner
•Train with Chefs across multiple kitchens to perform tasks as needed
•Learn various Culinary tasks within each kitchen
•Learn to strive to achieve departmental targets
•Ensure cleanliness of work areas
•During training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies
•Perform all other reasonable duties as needed

• Culinary Arts degree
• 6 months of practical work experience
• If graduation happened more than 12 months ago from today, 12 months of practical work experience outside the US are required
•If NO degree in Hospitality, 5 years of work experience in this field (outside the U.S.)
• Excellent English
• Highly motivated
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• A polished and professional appearance and compliance with Hotel grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work calmly while meeting deadlines
