With a perfect blend of European hospitality and spicy Sichuan flair,Kempinski Hotel Chengdu invites you to step into the world of remarkable luxury.The hotel is located in the affluent south of the city and offers a total of 471 rooms, including 45 suites. It’s just 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown and a two-minute walk away from Metro Tongzilin Station, 3 minutes to South Railway Station.       

主要职责MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 学习如下完备的知识:


Maintain complete knowledge of:

    • 所有的酒店设施和服务,运营时间


All hotel features/services, hours of operation.

    • 所有房型,房间号和命名,营业地点,布局,客房用品和地点


All hotel room types, numbers/names, layout, appointments, amenities and locations.

    • 可用的对客服务


Housekeeping services available for guests.

    • 可用的洗衣和干洗服务以及营业时间


Available laundry/dry cleaning services and hours of operation.

  • 与客房部主管/将离职主管进行沟通,了解业务状况并跟进。


Meet with Housekeeping supervisor/departing supervisor to review business status and follow up actions.

  • 根据部门规范,访问计算机系统的所有功能。


Access all functions of computer system in accordance with departmental specifications.

  • 在工作岗位上设置必要的材料,在整个轮班过程中保持清洁。


Set up work station with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.

  • 明确知道额外物资或材料需要,并提交给经理


Legibly complete requisition for additional supplies/materials and submit to manager.

  • 维护所有供应商信息的最新资源资料,以应对客人的询问。


Maintain updated resource materials on all vendors and information to accommodate guest inquiries.

  • 审查指定的在住宾客名单,熟悉客人的姓名和房间位置。


Review designated in-house guest list and be familiar with guests’ names and room locations.

  • 打印指定的报告并相应分发。


Print designated reports and distribute accordingly.

  • 根据部门程序更新房间状态报告。


Update room status report in accordance with departmental procedures.

  • 联系楼层主管解决差异的房间。


Contact floor supervisor to resolve floor discrepant rooms.

  • 监督和跟踪维修房的状态,并相应更新。


Monitor and track status of out of order rooms; update accordingly.

  • 准备维修工作下单,并分发给工程部。监督已提交的工作完成情况。


Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs and distribute to Engineering. Monitor completion of work submitted

  • 分别与客房部相应人员沟通部门和客人的需求。


Communicate departmental and guest needs as they arise with respective Housekeeping personnel.

  • 在部门日志中记录相关信息。


Document pertinent information in departmental log book.

  • 确保所有客房钥匙的安全及准确记录。


Maintain security and accurate record of all guest room keys issued to Housekeeping staff.

  • 为楼层服务员安排客房服务,跟进退还的东西。


Issue housekeeping items to Floor Attendants for delivery to guest rooms. Follow up on return of items.

  • 方便地、礼貌地接收所有客人的请求。跟踪指定酒店人员,确保完成要求。Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously. Follow up with designated hotel personnel to ensure completion of request.
  • 盘点和存货控制。


Inventory and management of stock control.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

受教育程度EDUCATION: 

 College or University Under Graduate and Post Graduate Degrees will be an advantage.

工作经验EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum of 1 years working experience in Finance industry. Similar position held with previous employer.

指导技巧Supervision Skills

其他技能(语言、电脑等): OTHER SKILLS (LANGUAGE ,COMPUTERS …)

· 流利的英文口语及书写能力Fluent in English  written & spoken
