Kitchen Concepts Ltd established itself in 2008 and now operates a number of successful restaurants in Sliema, St. Julian’ s, St. Paul’s Bay, Luqa and Mosta.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager who can manage the staff and the operations of the restaurant efficiently and profitably while maintaining our reputation and ethos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant’s policies and procedures; work closely with the management team to meet revenue objectives; coordinate a variety of administration and training activities; ensure that our staff and customers’ needs are promptly met; and maintain safe working conditions at all time.

Profil recherché

The following attributes and characteristics will help you secure the post:
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory post;
• A passion for people, food and drink;
• Natural leadership and motivational skills - leading by example;
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English - knowledge of other languages would certainly help;
• Familiarity in using a Micros Operational P.O.S system – not crucial but very useful;
• Certification from the Institute of Tourism Studies or from a similar institute.
