Duties
The Digital & Loyalty Marketing Manager operates under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Digital Marketing & Innovation. With a digital-first mindset, the position primarily oversees the marketing activities from development, coordination and execution for the local market to drive traffic and business to the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the database management and the delivery of the e-messages, including but not limited to, eDM and IM (Messenger and WhatsApp). He/she is also the key driver to promote loyalty through marketing campaigns and tactical offers to grow repeat customers for the hotel to maximize the customers'' lifetime values.
Key Areas
Requirements
- Holder of Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Marketing / Journalism or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing / Communications / F&B operation experience is preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
- Quality driven, customer and business results oriented
- Possesses good analytical skills, creativity and strong business sense
- Independent, organised and self-driven
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player
