Duties

The Digital & Loyalty Marketing Manager operates under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Digital Marketing & Innovation.  With a digital-first mindset, the position primarily oversees the marketing activities from development, coordination and execution for the local market to drive traffic and business to the hotel.  He/she is also responsible for the database management and the delivery of the e-messages, including but not limited to, eDM and IM (Messenger and WhatsApp).  He/she is also the key driver to promote loyalty through marketing campaigns and tactical offers to grow repeat customers for the hotel to maximize the customers'' lifetime values.

  •  

    Requirements

    • Holder of Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Marketing / Journalism or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years in Marketing / Communications / F&B operation experience is preferred
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
    • Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
    • Quality driven, customer and business results oriented
    • Possesses good analytical skills, creativity and strong business sense
    • Independent, organised and self-driven
    • Able to work under pressure and a good team player
