WE ARE NOW RECRUITING A PASSIONATE AND TALENTED GUEST SERVICE AGENT
As a Guest Service Agent at Le Meridien Piccadilly, I am the face of the hotel and I am here to welcome and give a positive arrival and departure experience to the guests. It is my job to ensure that great memories are created for all our guests during their whole stay. While the guests will be spending their stay in and around the hotel, it is the personal interactions they will mostly remember and this is at the centre of my role.
I work within a team of associates that includes other Guest Service Agents, Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers Front Office. Collaboration with other departments is also key to getting things done swiftly for our guests; the key departments I work with are Engineering, Housekeeping, Guest Service and In Room Dining.
