General Purpose of the Position:

The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding and other administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, from initial recruiting to new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate job postings on LinkedIn and company job portal for all roles
  • Create talent mapping projects by screening resumes and LinkedIn profiles for qualified candidates
  • Update job descriptions and organizational charts as needed
  • Ensure all employee files are maintained and organized at all times
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the department
  • Input all company trainings into SAP system
