We are currently looking for a Manager, Customer Marketing in Hong Kong Office. The position will be assisting the Channel Sales Director on engaging activations and consumer experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for on-trade activations including manage Hit Lists, execute and implement exceptional activations with trade partners that leverage consumer experience at point of purchase
  • Create Joint Business Plans that enhance and support trade partnerships while growing our brands
  • Support sales and our customers on bespoke activities and consumer initiatives
  • Analyze and measure activation performance to optimize activation planning with the Marketing teams
  • Develop Annual Commercial Strategy and Plans for the respective lead brands
  • Leverage business analysis including sales, market trends, competition, consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
  • Responsible for the development of collaterals, POSM allocation & management and budget management.
  • Consolidate and track respective outlet contract commitment and notify stakeholders for follow-up actions
  • Integrated programming and communication with e-retail team
  • Provide recommendation on driving internal system efficiency and effectiveness


Profil

Language

  • Full written and spoken proficiency in English


Professional experience & know how

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience gained from FMCG
  • Affinity to retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in trade marketing/ retail marketing/ category management is highly preferred


Technical & management skills                                      

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking and flexibility, ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of commercial sense with value-added solution mindset; customer focused
