YOUR ROLE IN MHD

As a Marketing Director, you will be part of our diverse leadership team to make our marketing organization agile and effective to deliver on our customer promise in Hong Kong and Macau. Being a crafter of experiences, you will partner closely with the sales team to become the most valued partner of our customers to offer them an unparalleled collection of iconic brands. Sharing the passion and expertise in wines and spirits, you will provide our customers with creative and tailor-made advice to craft the best experiences for our customers and consumers that always go beyond their expectation.  You will be representing the voice of Hong Kong and Macau to participate in our global brand board to make an impact to our marketing strategies.

In this role, you will demonstrate strong capabilities in developing and implementing marketing strategies which align with the business goals and commercial strategies to achieve company objectives and business targets. With your strong marketing leadership, you will lead, motivate and empower marketing team to deliver brand strategies and annual plan which aligns with company strategic growth plan, financial and sales strategies. You will strive to strengthen the commercial and marketing capabilities of your team and design an optimal organizational structure to drive operational efficiency and cultivate a value-added customer-focused culture. Being a core member in the Senior Executive team, you will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive corporate initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent capabilities, operational excellence and corporate culture. You will also encourage and put strong emphasis on compliance, internal control, integrity and social sustainability.

Profil
  • Relevant marketing and commercial leadership experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
  • Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • Consistent business achievement with capability of leading sizable team, building team capabilities and transforming commercial organization
  • Strong marketing, commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing A&P, P&L and analyzing financial data
  • Strong marketing and digital mindsets with good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and latest marketing technologies
  • Having strong passion in F&B and lifestyle products will be preferable
  • Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability
  • Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative
  • Strong understanding of local and international consumer behavior to craft experiences and build strong brand desirability
  • Having international exposure to work in cross-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of Cantonese/ Mandarin is preferred
