Heston Blumenthal, of the three Michelin starred The Fat Duck in Bray, Berkshire, has won international acclaim for his unique, multi-sensory approach to cooking. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is his first London restaurant and features the Chef’s inimitable style of culinary alchemy with a menu heavily influenced by his ongoing research and discovery of historic British gastronomy.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is part of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, award-winning owner and operator of 41 hotels in Asia, The Americas, Europe and North Africa.

We are recruiting a Chef de Rang for Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

The role involves taking responsibility for welcoming guests to the restaurant in a friendly and helpful manner, assisting Chefs de Rang in a section within the Restaurant ensuring that all standards are met with attention to detail. As part of the role you will be expected to deliver amazing hospitality and ensuring that all guest expectations are met.     

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

Please note this is a full time permanent position.

The stunning re-imagining of The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London along with the hotel’s destination restaurants and Mandarin Bar, were directed by esteemed New York designer Adam D Tihany.
