Some Duties and Responsibilities
- Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
- Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
- Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
- Assist Guest courteously and efficiently
- Managing day- to day operations
- To supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge at all time
- To be able to take food and beverage order
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage to be able to service and up sell the product
- To manage proper staffing level.
- To manage proper supplies level.
- Assist Manager with scheduling, recruitment and interviewing for new colleagues.
- Assist Manager with colleagues training and development.
- Assist Manager with monthly departmental meeting.
- Assist Manager with conduct daily communication meeting with staff prior to shift
- Ensure Restaurant, Bar and Lounge service standard.
- To visit all of our guest tables during or after their meal, to ensure satisfaction.
- To manage, coach, and counsel colleagues, including disciplinary procedures.
